We are approximately 80 miles from Denver, 70 miles from Colorado Springs, 15 miles from Hugo, 23 miles from Arriba, and 38 miles from Calhan.

We offer both indoor self-storage as well as uncovered RV, trailer and boat storage. Our indoor storage units measure 10’X10’ or 10’X20’.

Access hours are from 6AM – 8PM every day.

You alone control access to your storage unit. If you decide to give someone else access to your storage unit, it’s important that you provide us their names.

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

You will need to provide a form of current federal or state-issued identification, which must have your photograph and signature on it. Most common form of identification is a driver’s license. We will also need your form of payment and your contact information.

We accept payment in the form of credit cards, debit cards, and electronic ACH’s from a bank account. Easily make payments online by click the "Make Payment" button above.

Please provide at least 7-days prior notice of your intention to terminate your lease. Be sure to clear out the space, sweep your unit, and give us a call on your way out to let us know you’ve moved out of your unit. This will help to ensure you don’t incur any unnecessary rental charges.
